We have a range of classes for children aged 4 to 16. Aerobics, dance and all-sports. We also have a great range of indoor classes for adults.

We operate a fitness center with a cardio zone (treadmills, exercise bikes, orbiters, rowing, stepper) and a room for functional training (kettlebells, bosu, balls, punching bag, tatami, workout structure). There is also a solarium.

I am a certified nutritionist and fitness instructor, and I am available for omnivores, vegetarians and vegans. I will develop nutrition and training plans, offer personal training or group classes, consultations, also online coaching.

We operate a fitness centre with aerobics, step aerobics or power yoga and other activities to improve fitness. We have specialized instructors in our fitness center.

Helping young cyclists grow. Regular training and training camps for mountain, road and track cycling for children and young people aged 6 to 16.

We operate a movement center specializing in functional fitness training, group classes, diagnostics, personal training and health exercises.

We offer jumping lessons for the general public. The course starts in September and January. Regular lessons are open and always listed in the schedule on our website.

We have a total of 5 sections. The biggest base is the National Hazená (prep school, junior girls, senior girls, youth girls). Other sections are youth floorball, women's exercise, men's floorball, etc.
