Our fitness centre offers not only the facilities of a classic gym, but also a well-equipped zone for functional training and a fully equipped zone for combat sports, including a complete octagon, training tatami and auxiliary apparatus.

We offer fitness group exercise on trampolines, Jumping, accompanied by an instructor and motivating music. We have classes for beginners and advanced. We train at two locations. Due to limited capacity, you need to book a place for a lesson in advance.

I specialize in movement in general because I am fascinated by what the human body can do and how it can be used as a tool for a better lifestyle and robust health. I do sports and relaxation massage and assisted stretching. I can help you improve your pole dance performance or choreography.

Operation of the fitness centre.

We organize competitive aerobics training for children, youth and adults, we participate in various performances and competitions in sports aerobics and fitness teams. We have a range of classes for children aged 4 to 16. Aerobics, dance and all-sports. We also have a great range of indoor classes for adults.

Big one fitness club offers fitness and group classes. Personal trainers, InBody measurements, nutrition and dietary advice are available. Of course, there are also facilities for recovery and comprehensive care for your body.

We offer jumping lessons for the general public. The course starts in September and January. Regular lessons are open and always listed in the schedule on our website.

I offer personal training sessions in the gym or if you don't like closed spaces full of people, outdoor training. I organize group classes like tabata, functional training, circuit training.
