We offer courses in self-defence, kickboxing, kobudo, Shotokan-ryu and Matsubayashi-ryu, where the main characteristic is that the movement starts from natural stances, the techniques are performed in a relaxed way without tension. We teach karate in the manner of the Okinawan masters - a functional martial art.
