Brewery Operations.

We brew unfiltered and live typical Czech beer with higher fullness and taste. We offer Light Lager Lipan with an alcohol content of 5.2%, Dark Lager Lipan with an alcohol content of 5% and Light Ten with an alcohol content of 4.3%.

We operate a modern equipped brewery. We offer light, semi-dark and dark lager, light draught and low-alcohol beer.

We're a family-owned flying brewery. Our beers are characterized by a higher bitter taste that lingers gently on the tongue. All year round we brew Pale 10°, Pale Lager 12°, Semi-Dark 13°, English-style ALE 12° and now also Gluten-Free 11°. During Advent we also offer a Christmas Lager with cinnamon 11°.

Retail sale of bottled and cask Bohemia Regent beer, sale of Bohemia Regent promotional items, rental of refrigeration equipment and sale of alcoholic beverages by Fruko Schulz.

We run a microbrewery. We offer traditional light Castle lager, dark strong beer Tobias, light draught beer Svobodný Pán and cherry special Višň. We combine malt, hops and water from wild Bohemian Canada into a golden and delicious drink that has a pleasantly bitter taste and the golden colour of the sun.

We operate a flying brewery. Meanwhile, we brew beer at friendly breweries using our recipes and brew our own beer.

Production of three types of beer.

The brewery is located in the building of the Čížov chateau and sells Czech Pilsner-type beer. The beer is filled into 15 l, 20 l, 30 l and 50 l KEG kegs, 1.5 l PET bottles are also available. The beers on tap are 10° PEPA light lager, 11° JOSEF light lager, 12° OLAF light lager.
