Since 2019, when we opened our brewery, we have been brewing beer using traditional brewing methods with quality ingredients. You will find light, semi-dark and top-fermented beers of various beer styles. In addition to good beer, you can bowl or sit in our garden.

All our beers are named Chors after the Slavic god of the moon. In ancient times, the god Chors used to represent a human figure with a wolf's head, which is why we used the wolf's head in our logo. We wish you many beautiful and intense moments while consuming our golden drink Chors.

We brew beer exclusively from Czech ingredients. Malt from the Kroměříž region and Žatecký hops give our beer the best taste and quality. We produce beer using the craft process with fermentation in open vats. We produce unfiltered and unpasteurized beer with all the health benefits and traditional taste.

We have been producing traditional Czech beer according to original recipes since 1874. Holba beer is characterized by its unique taste, typical aroma and excellent carbonation. The quality of the raw materials together with the classical production technology give it its special character.
