We are a cozy inn in the historic building of Únětice brewery with a classic inn atmosphere. We have directly brewed beer, Czech cuisine from regional ingredients and homemade desserts. We are a popular destination for hikers, cyclists and families with children, as well as a place for celebrations and parties. It won't stay at one.

You can come to the brewery to enjoy a pint of our craft beer and the traditional Czech cuisine we lovingly prepare for you. And take a seat in our beer room, which we have decorated for you in traditional style. In the upper part of the building above the brewery, we offer authentic accommodation for beer and train lovers.

We brew 13 types of bottom-fermented beers and hopped beer. The beers and hopped beer can be tasted on tap or purchased to go. The brewery restaurant offers mainly Czech cuisine, including cold.

We brew traditional Czech beer of Pilsner type, light and semi-dark lager, as well as occasionally semi-dark special or top-fermented pale ale. You can buy our beer directly in the brewery in PET bottles of 1 or 2 litres or 25 or 30l kegs. We will be happy to create a custom label for you.

Production and sale of beer.

We are engaged in the production, distribution and sale of the brand Postřižinské pivo. We offer six types of light, dark, semi-dark and non-alcoholic beer including two specials.

Beer was brewed in the picturesque surroundings below the fortress as early as the middle of the 16th century. We are thus continuing a more than four hundred year tradition of brewing in the village. We brew using the original method without filtration and pasteurization, using only original brewing ingredients. The portfolio includes bottom-fermented and top-fermented beers.

The Kaberna brewery brews unfiltered, unpasteurized beers, fermented by bottom and top fermentation. The selection ranges from low-alcohol beers (Kabrňáček 7°), through draught beers (e.g. Kabrňák 11°) to specials (e.g. Kabrňák 22°).

Our brewery continues the rich tradition of beer production and offers live beer brewed in the traditional decoction method. Our products retain their natural properties as they are neither filtered nor pasteurised. Enjoy our authentic craft beer in different types of kegs and bottles.
