We operate a family run microbrewery. Our beer is brewed using the traditional method from Czech ingredients. It is then fermented in open fermentation vats and aged in the lager cellar.

Brewery Operations.

We like peace and quiet. We brew beer that's real. Modern technology builds on a recipe that has been around for centuries. You can stop by and enjoy our beers the way they were meant to be, lemonade without chemicals, or just take a look.

The Černokostelec brewery from 1842 is a historic complex with a pub, Czech cuisine, beers, Wi-Fi, lounge, children's corner, parking, outdoor seating. Ideal for weddings, parties or conferences. It is located on the blue trail and you will find the National Brewing Museum here. We look forward to seeing you!

We produce and sell craft beer. We care about quality, variety and honest approach. You can buy our beers every day in the company shop. We also offer pleasant seating in the brewery taproom or garden.

We're a thirst-quenching flying brewery. We brew beer with respect for tradition, with first-class ingredients and with the vigour of pure brewers. Honestly, fortelly, across the country. With a good-natured smile and the kindness of our ancestors. We cheer for our beer and all the good things around us.

We are brewers who strive for excellence. Our focus is on beer. Not craft, not industrial, just beer. Our passion is hoppy lagers, and of course world beer styles like Hefeweizen, APA, IPA and strong beers aged in wooden whiskey, calvados and cognac barrels.

Operation of a brewery and restaurant.

Production and sale of beer. We offer light beer 10, 11, 12, 14 and dark beer 10 degrees (pet, can, glass, kegs). Sale of bottled water 1,5, 0,5l, in gallons of 18,9 liters - still - baby, soft sparkling, sparkling. Sale of lemonades of various flavours (raspberry, pineapple, lemon).

We brew traditional Czech beer of Pilsner type, light and semi-dark lager, as well as occasionally semi-dark special or top-fermented pale ale. You can buy our beer directly in the brewery in PET bottles of 1 or 2 litres or 25 or 30l kegs. We will be happy to create a custom label for you.

Since 1897 we have been brewing honest beer according to traditional recipes. We use Žatec hops and malt from our own malt house. We pay enough care and attention to our lagers, we do not rush when brewing. In the brewery shop we offer the entire range of the brewery, including unfiltered beers and promotional items.

We brew mainly special and unusual beers. The purpose of experimental research is to find out how far the boundaries of beer can be pushed and where they actually lie, if they exist at all.

Production and sale of beer.

Pikovice steam brewery. Our base is bottom-fermented unfiltered 11%, to which we regularly add other types of beer.
