We operate a fitness centre for all generations in a family environment. We practice aerobics, pilates, power yoga, Hanky Kynychová's abdominal baking - weight training, calanetics, p-class and bodystyling, healthy back. We also offer exercises for seniors and rental of the mirror room.

Rehabilitation workplace with a rehabilitation doctor and physiotherapist. We offer post-trauma and post-surgery care, treatment of patients with neurological problems, prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. We have contracts with health insurance companies. We provide very fast appointment times with no waiting.

I offer the services of a personal trainer and a partner who will lead you to great results. I'll prepare a customized diet for you, create a plan and we'll do a great workout together.

We provide space for group exercise and the HEAT program.
