The Sokol gymnastic union provides sports activities for all age categories. We have all-round sports clubs (pre-school children, younger pupils), a health and fitness club for women and a men's club for small-sided floorball. We are part of the Czech Sokol community.

We're a gymnastic union. We offer physical activities for all ages, from children to seniors. In our clubs we focus on the all-round development of physical skills. The joy of movement and a friendly team play a big role in our activities.

A beautiful and peaceful medical centre focused on comprehensive musculoskeletal care. We provide physiotherapy, massage, group therapeutic exercises, SM system and Pilates, nutritional and psychological counselling as well as cosmetic care, manicure and pedicure. Our emphasis is on prevention and long-term results.

You can start coming to us for functional training, cross training, circuit training or even MMA and other combat sports. We have two perfectly equipped gyms, experienced trainers and most importantly a super team of people who simply enjoy working out. We offer sports courses and seminars.

We are a rehabilitation outpatient clinic for older school age children and adults. We offer post-trauma, post-surgery, sports physiotherapy, physical therapy, health exercises and ergonomic counselling. We are not an inpatient facility or an insurance company partner. All patients are self-pay patients with us, even with an FT voucher.

Form Factory is a modern fitness and gym for everyone. We offer workouts on modern machines and equipment for strength and cardio training, a functional zone, a wide range of group classes including Les Mills and professional facilities for healthy movement. Use the sauna for relaxation.
