The civic association brings together amateur and fitness athletes of common sports and offers its members a space for the realization of their physical activities.

We are dedicated to promoting and facilitating the development of physical education and sport to the general public. We focus on general gymnastics, recreational sports, aerobics, yoga, health physical education, psychomotor, exercise and staying outdoors, dance sport or step.

We provide sports activities and events for exercisers of different ages. We run an all-round gymnastics section for youngsters. We offer parent and child exercise classes, women's fitness and health classes, exercise classes for preschoolers and ball games for younger students.

We're a gymnastic union. We offer physical activities for all ages, from children to seniors. In our clubs we focus on the all-round development of physical skills. The joy of movement and a friendly team play a big role in our activities.

The Sokol gymnastic union provides sports activities for all age categories. We have all-round sports clubs (pre-school children, younger pupils), a health and fitness club for women and a men's club for small-sided floorball. We are part of the Czech Sokol community.
