We are a modern microbrewery that brews honest craft beer with the soul of the city. We offer a wide range of permanent and seasonal specials to please all beer lovers. Our beer regularly wins awards and we also boast a rich cultural programme for all visitors.

We run a microbrewery. Our beer Lounský žejdlík is brewed in a 200 litre copper brewhouse, which is part of the restaurant's interior and guests can watch the brewing process itself.

The restored brewery continues the tradition of Czech brewing recorded since 1567. The unique copper brewhouse with direct wood heating and an experienced brewer gives rise to the first-class lager Pazdrát, which is the flagship of the brewery, and various types of beer specials. The brewery restaurant is located in historic premises beneath cross vaults. You can sample our traditional lagers and specialty beers; our menu features not only a weekly special but also our tvargle and other delicacies, such as grilled dishes. The summer brewery garden, featuring a grill and a children’s play area, is open from June through September.
