We run a microbrewery.

Production of our own beer - over twenty kinds, (lagers, "ejly", IPY, weissbier, rauchbier), rotating taps (offer of beers from microbreweries from all over the Czech Republic), summer garden, children's playground, petanque, pleasant sitting and good mood.

The brewery has a 250 litre brewhouse and 5 fermentation tanks. Mainly, various top-fermented beers (IPA, Pale Ale, etc.) are brewed here, rather than the traditional lagers of the region. In summer we open our beer terrace for tasting our beers.

Beer was brewed in the picturesque surroundings below the fortress as early as the middle of the 16th century. We are thus continuing a more than four hundred year tradition of brewing in the village. We brew using the original method without filtration and pasteurization, using only original brewing ingredients. The portfolio includes bottom-fermented and top-fermented beers.

The restored brewery continues the tradition of Czech brewing recorded since 1567. The unique copper brewhouse with direct wood heating and an experienced brewer gives rise to the first-class lager Pazdrát, which is the flagship of the brewery, and various types of beer specials. We run a microbrewery. As a standard we produce beers Paličák, Čulibrk, Krutílek and seasonal specialties such as Šmigrustník or Kolmistr.

Family run microbrewery, we brew 4 types of unfiltered and unpasteurised yeast beer Badger and occasionally various beer specials. The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating with a range of cold food made from home-grown quality ingredients and delicacies from our smokehouse at the weekend.
