We are engaged in the production of fruit spirits. Intake of fruit and yeasts. We accept cherries, blooms, pins, apples, pears, plums. Fruit can be plucked or fallen. It must be ripe but not rotten. The stems must be removed.
We provide grower firing and fruit fermentation processing. We offer classic double distillation distillation, vacuum suction of the ferment and degassing of the distillate.
