In our distillery it is possible to distill fruit kvasses imported by the customer. We now provide a service of preparing the ferment and then distilling it from fruit supplied by the grower. We dilute the distillates free of charge according to the customer's wishes to the required alcoholic strength. The date of distillation and receipt of fruit must be arranged in advance.
Our distillery specializes in growing kvass from various fruits such as cherries, apples and plums. We offer professional advice and the possibility of a pleasant sitting with refreshments during the distillation. You can also purchase hand-painted decorative bottles.
In the growing distillery, fermented fruit is processed into fruit spirits. The main process takes place in a single-boiler gas-heated distillation column, which allows for both distillation and rectification.
