The library is a specialist library and information centre. It collects books, documents and periodicals on music. There is a study room, players, two audio-visual studios and a computer park.
The Foundation provides support for the artistic and educational activities of members of the academic community of the Faculty of Music and activities related to these activities. This includes support to underwrite specific artistic and pedagogical projects, to cover expenses associated with student participation in competitions.
The department carries out teaching at bachelor, master and doctoral level, focusing on the field of imaginary pantomime, clownery and grotesque. Teaching also focuses on improvisation, original work, theory and history of mime theatre, tap and basic acting training.

The cabinet deals with subjects such as film and television technology, photoprocessing theory, laboratory film processing and trick and digital technology. It provides instruction in film and television image theory and technique in English for international students.
