Dynamic exercise in a warm room. Hatha, ashtanga, vinyasa, yin, power, flow yoga. Yoga can be practiced by everyone and does not depend on age or sports experience. In our studio we take care of the correct, physiotherapeutic execution of asanas. We focus on physical and relaxation exercises, or breathing techniques.

YogaTree is a place where body, mind and heart connect. I offer full body, and body part massages. My massages primarily move the body and calm the mind. I provide a yoga practice both individually, in workshops, and in regular group classes. You can find out more on the web.
