We are a traditional sports club, specialists in kickboxing in Prague. In our gyms you can train kickboxing at fitness and competition level, all under the guidance of experienced professional coaches, former and current top competitors. You can start training kickboxing with us at any time of the year.

We offer Taichi (Taichi) and Qigong (Qigong) exercises for beginners, women and men for strong health and self-defense skills. Training 2 - 3 times a week, weekend seminars, camps and retreats. Taichi training for children.

The club teaches the martial art of Aikido. Training of adults and youth (from 12 years old) is regularly twice a week. Exercise (9-14 years) is 1x a week for children.
