We conduct judo and self-defense training for children and youth. We develop all-round mobility, physical and mental strength. Children learn the basics of movement skills, gymnastics, acrobatics and falling techniques. Our mentees can participate in judo competitions and many more year round. We look forward to seeing you.

Offer Kyokushin karate classes. Main goal is to develop and teach full-contact style of Kyokushin Karate, followed by Muay Thai and Circuit training. For this purpose the dojo is equipped with punching bags, lapas, bouncers and other necessary equipment to make the training sessions have the greatest effect.

We run judo clubs in schools and a judo section for children and adults. Judo is not only an Olympic sport with a tradition, but also an educational system recommended by UNESCO as a suitable sport for children. We learn gymnastics, falls, throws and holds. The club teaches the martial art of Aikido. Training of adults and youth (from 12 years old) is regularly twice a week. Exercise (9-14 years) is 1x a week for children. Recruitment of new members takes place all year round. The first class is FREE. Physical fitness, previous martial arts experience or age are not important.
