We run a sports club with a focus on teakwondo. We train children from 5 years old, youth, parents and competitive teams. We participate in competitions and camps. We organize club or social events.

Operation of a sports club under the guidance of South Korean master Lee Youn Jae (8th dan) - coach of the national team of the Czech Republic, focusing on Korean martial arts (taekwondo WT, weapons training - sword, pole, nunchaku, self-defense). We organize summer and winter camps, seminars, children's sports days and more.

Operation of a sports club focusing on the traditional Japanese martial arts of Ninjutsu and Bujutsu.

We organize Ashihara-Karate and Kyokushin Karate trainings. We participate in various events and competitions in the Czech Republic and abroad. Year-round recruitment of new members, age from 6 years.

We offer a Krav Maga course that is designed for adult practitioners. You will learn effective self-defense techniques and improve your fitness. The training is fun and led by an experienced instructor. Join us and discover a new sense of movement and self-confidence.

We offer jiu-jitsu classes. Our class is primarily for beginners looking for self-defense. We teach punches, kicks, weapons combat, holds, drapes, levers, chokes and other techniques.

We deal with conditioning kickboxing full-contact style FULLCONTACT, KICKBOX - LOW KICK, K-1 and semi-contact style LIGHTCONTACT and SEMICONTACT. We also provide programs for practitioners 30 years of age and up.

We run a sports club focused on the Japanese martial art Aikido. We teach Aikido to be functional and useful for life as it is. Our classes include instruction with weapons. You can come to us to practice and learn about our concept of Aikido. We accept new members from 14 to 99 years old (guys 40+ are welcome).

We provide practical self-defence courses for everyone.

Our training center is a modern martial arts and sports center. We teach Kickboxing, Self-defense Jiu-Jitsu, Thaiboxing, BJJ, Grappling and MMA. The training is designed for children from 4 years old and adults in a fitness or competitive way. Initial training is free and recruitment takes place throughout the year.

We are a traditional sports club, specialists in kickboxing in Prague. In our gyms you can train kickboxing at fitness and competition level, all under the guidance of experienced professional coaches, former and current top competitors. You can start training kickboxing with us at any time of the year.
