I have been practicing since 1993, I am an A license trainer, international referee for 9 years, world champion, I have trained many national champions and representatives.

Chinese martial art Taiji (Tai chi). We also organize multi-day Taiji courses combined with a stay in nature. These are outdoor classes.

The instructor of the "Golden Hill Taoist Arts Centre" school offers tai chi chuan (tai chi, taichi, taiji, taiji) lessons, including elements of chi kung (qigong, qi gong). The practice is meditative in nature, and serves as a health (rehabilitation) and combat system. Suitable for beginners.
