Offering healthy back exercise classes, bodystyling, balance surfaces, circuit training. We focus mainly on strengthening and rehabilitation forms of exercise. In addition to group classes, we also offer individual lessons. We also have classes for children, exercise for the elderly, exercise during pregnancy and after childbirth.

Operation of the canoe club. The basis of all this is the boat storage area, but of course there is also a gym, changing rooms, showers, clubhouse, workshop and a grassy area with direct access to the Vltava River.

We run a fitness business focusing on spinning, aerobics, power yoga, pilates, bodystyling, TRX, bosu, cross training, health and dance classes and fit ball. Several treadmills, exercise bikes and steppers are available. Season passes can also be purchased. We provide the services of a personal trainer.

Currently, the tennis complex has three open clay courts, which were completely renovated in 2006 and newly fenced in 2007. There is also a bounce wall, a grass seating area and a seating area.

We organize exercise and intensive classes in aqua aerobics, aerobics, zumba, fit ball, body step and more. We offer exercise classes geared towards moms and kids or babysitting. We provide seminars, workshops and one-day, weekend and weekly events.
