I am involved in musculoskeletal rehabilitation with a focus on the spine. I use SM System methods combining rehabilitation with prevention, recovery and training. I also offer relaxation and health massages.

We provide sporting activities and events for exercisers of all ages. We run a table tennis club, basketball and netball clubs.
