We bring together Sokol units in individual administrative areas. We run clubs for aerobics, gymnastics, table tennis, volleyball, martial arts and more. We also offer exercise with animals. We organize concerts, dance parties and trips.

We provide sports activities and events for exercisers of all ages. We run football, floorball, gymnastics and cycling clubs. We also offer all-round gymnastics classes and martial arts taekwondo and kyu jutsu. Senior and health gym classes up to twice a week.
