I am a Nordic Walking instructor with accreditation from the Ministry of Education and Science. I am a guide for daily healthy movement, healthy diet and holistic approach. I offer individual or group courses in the basics of Nordic Walking, as well as regular lessons every week.

I am a certified fitness trainer. I lead individual and group classes. I am engaged in exercises with own body weight, TRX, FLOWIN. I solve back, shoulder, hip, knee pain with compensatory exercises. I outline how to exercise effectively and advise how to exercise properly according to the latest trends in fitness.

The club was founded in 1992, the aim of the club is to provide active and regular sporting activities for children and young people. The club is involved in the Kids on the Start project.
