We operate a grower distillery.

We are a small family-run distillery in the picturesque Podještědí region. You will find us in the historic premises of a sensitively renovated village building. We will turn the yeast you supply into a high quality noble spirit, an original product with a distinctive taste and aroma.

The distillery offers its services of distillation, establishment and preparation of fermentation for slivovitz, pear, apricot, calvados and other spirits. It is possible to bring in fresh fruit and then come for the finished spirit. We also sell plastic barrels.

I run a cider house and a grower distillery. I offer crushing and pressing of fruit, storage of fermentation and distillation. Possibility of taking the kvass from the house. I provide advice for growers, use of enzymes and possibly yeast.

We are engaged in the production of fruit spirits from the fermentation of plums, apricots, cherries, peaches, apples, pears, fruit cider, wine and others. It is a classic copper double boiler system with gas heating, which is ideal for burning quality fruit distillate.
