The programme of the UNESCO Department is to implement holistic projects in the field of culture and world heritage in the era of continuing globalisation of the world. The Department specializes in the philosophical, theoretical and practical aspects of World Heritage, its nature, creation, protection and preservation or use and misuse.

Teaching in the field of anthropology with a focus on skeletal anthropology, paleodermatoglyphics, anthropology of sexuality, art, death, and civil society. We specialize in a transdisciplinary science linking biological, medical, and cultural studies to the understanding of people and society.

Department provides instruction in apidology, nutrition, insect immunology, neurobiology, tissue culture, immunology and neuroethology. Specializes in research topics integrating modern methodological approaches from the molecular level to the cellular, tissue, organ, and whole organism behavior.

Classes in film and audiovisual culture, criticism, dramaturgy and screenwriting. Study also specializes in fashion in film, film theory before 1945, film studies, Czech film culture, cinematography, or film and television production. Publication activities are carried out.

Teaching French language, literature and realities of francophone countries. The department focuses on general competencies in geography, economics, socio-politics and culture. It also specialises in the preparation of French teachers for both levels of primary, secondary and high school.

Department provides teaching in finance and financial business, banking, corporate finance, insurance. It also specializes in accounting and international finance or economic policy. Publication or research activities are carried out.

Teaching in physiology with a focus on the electrophysiology of the heart cell, the physiology of blood circulation regulation in humans and the neurophysiology of behaviour. We also specialise in general and dental medicine, physiotherapy, biomedical technology, optometry or nutritional therapy.

The institute provides teaching in theoretical physics, astrophysics and physics education. It also specialises in geometric methods, mathematical foundations of physical variational theories, mechanics and molecular physics, linear algebra and geometry or quantum physics of atomic systems.

The scientific activity of the institute is focused on monitoring the psychological and social characteristics of children, adolescents and their families. The institute specializes primarily in the lifelong development of school-age children, adolescents and young adults. It addresses behaviour, relationships and communication.

We offer instruction in analytical, inorganic, physical, materials or organic chemistry. In addition, studies specialize in macromolecular, biophysical or structural chemistry. We investigate the synthesis or characterization of the properties of organic and inorganic compounds.
