The mission of the Charity Centre of Mother Teresa - Care Service Ostrava is to provide seniors and persons with reduced self-sufficiency with quality field social services in their natural environment.

Providing social services to persons who have reduced self-sufficiency, mainly due to age, old age or Alzheimer's dementia. Offer accommodation including meals. Provision of assistance in coping with the normal tasks of self-care and personal hygiene.

The home for the elderly provides a social residential service for people who, due to age and long-term adverse health conditions, cannot live in their natural environment and need assistance that cannot be provided in any other way.

We run a school of tai chi, aikido, self-defense and capoeira for children, adults and seniors. We offer yoga classes, yoga therapy and "Healthy Back" exercises. We also provide holistic health harmonization services, including biomagnetic therapy, bioenergetic synchronization, osteopathy, and microkinesiotherapy.

We operate a home for the elderly and a shelter for mothers with children. We provide accommodation, meals, basic social counselling, assistance in coping with everyday tasks, help with personal hygiene and more.

At our studio, we focus on Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre, and Yoga. We offer a space for personal growth and inner peace.

We'll take care of your loved ones right in their own home. We can help with hygiene, meals, cleaning and shopping, provide companionship and company. The care is always tailored to the individual arrangement. You can rely on us even during holidays or in your absence.

In our sports centre we offer kickboxing, thaiboxing, classic boxing, fitness training for experienced and beginners. Also popular are group boxing lessons for seniors and children. Visit our Family Center with a unique atmosphere and learn from experienced trainers. We look forward to seeing you.

A space dedicated to yoga, which charms with its simplicity, modesty and its atmosphere inspires yoga practice. We offer yoga classes for everyone, yoga-inspired intuitive massages, meditations, workshops, weekends.
