Ems training is a fast and effective way to get your body in shape in a very short time and in just 20 minutes a week. We eliminate muscle imbalances, lose weight, shape the figure, destroy cellulite, increase mobility, take clients after surgeries. Suitable for women and men 16-100 years old.

We provide sheltered housing for adults who have reduced self-sufficiency and mobility due to chronic illness and whose situation requires the assistance of another natural person. We offer support in managing individual needs.

In our fitness centre, everyone can work out. We have here a quality cardio zone machines brand Green sport Life Fitness, Precor, one-hand dumbbells 1 to 58 kg. Group tabata classes, circulars, individual lessons with trainers, boxing.

Movement studio Care through Movement - Kateřina Králová, is focused on healthy movement and prevention of movement of different age groups.

We provide outpatient and outreach care services.

We offer yoga, therapeutic exercises, Pilates, power yoga, aerobics, circuit training, and spinning. We provide lymphatic and relaxation massages. We design personalized training programs and healthy meal plans.

Offering care services and shelter service. We provide assistance in coping with common self-care tasks and personal hygiene. We provide meals, social counselling and help with running a household. We provide contact with a social mediator.

We are a comfortable yoga studio designed for a maximum of 12 participants. We offer classes in power yoga, children's yoga, senior yoga, pregnancy yoga and yoga for a healthy back.

We operate a fitness centre with a mirror room and refreshments. We offer bosu, bodystyling, zumba, aerobics, yoga, step classes, big balls, circuit training, slimbox, pilates, senior exercise and organise weekend sports.
