The club focuses on swimming infants and children from 3 months to school age in various pools. We also offer weekly stays for parents with children in hotels with swimming pool and for children from 5 years old also children's camps focusing on bikes, skiing or hiking.

We offer Yoga classes and courses. I combine Yoga, developmental kinesiology and the findings of modern physiotherapy. I am a pupil of PhDr. Jiří Čumpelík, a personality of Czech rehabilitation and Yoga. Classes are mainly focused on health Yoga.

We organise regular courses for children from 2 to 18 years old. We focus on weight training, rehabilitation exercises, Zumba, exercises for pregnant women, yoga, aerobics and more.
