We organize Capoeira training. Trainings are suitable for the general public regardless of age and physical fitness. We develop cooperation both nationally and internationally. We cooperate with smaller, starting clubs in other Czech cities.

The Bagua Nine Palaces Taiji set works with the inner power of Taiji and greatly helps to unify the body, mind and spirit, thus having a very positive effect on the overall development of health and kung fu. The set combines the softness and fluidity of taiji movements with the depth, strength and firmness of shaolin postures.

The first Krav Maga school in the Hradec Kralove region with regular classes. Classes are taught by KMG instructor Bc. Rudolf Kotrč, instructor - lecturer of service training of the Police of the Czech Republic. Experience: instructor, test commissioner, referee and coach of JKA Karate-do, holder of II. Dan, boxing, Aikido, FISFO.

The AIKI School of Self-Defence, founded in 1998. We are based on the knowledge of Master Michal Židlický, who has been training and teaching AIKI for over 30 years. Our vision: the teaching and development of our students is based on mutual cooperation and respect.

Teaching taiji (taichi, taichi), qigong (chi - kung), kungfu, Daoist healing exercises yijinjing, lectures on TCM, TAO element theory, TCM diet and 5 elements theory of TAO. The goal is to achieve a sustainable harmony of body-spirit-mind.
