We run judo clubs in schools and a judo section for children and adults. Judo is not only an Olympic sport with a tradition, but also an educational system recommended by UNESCO as a suitable sport for children. We learn gymnastics, falls, throws and holds. We fight in the stance and on the ground. We play grappling games.

The instructor of the "Golden Hill Taoist Arts Centre" school offers tai chi chuan (tai chi, taichi, taiji, taiji) lessons, including elements of chi kung (qigong, qi gong). The practice is meditative in nature, and serves as a health (rehabilitation) and combat system. Suitable for beginners.

The association is primarily engaged in teaching self-defense and conducting fitness training. Regular classes, private lessons, educational seminars and workshops.

The school focuses on Chan Shaolin Si & Dju Su Kung-Fu style martial arts training and self-defense training in any environment. The training emphasizes an individual approach according to the capabilities and needs of each individual. A friendly, tolerant and open-minded team is a matter of course.

We are a club focused on martial arts (thaibox, kickboxing, MMA, Boxing). We do trainings for competitors as well as for the public, for those who want to lose excess pounds or to increase physical fitness. We train all age groups.

I run movement preparations for children. I teach kickboxing to children and adults, fighting routines with and without weapons Kung-Fu style. I participate in performances at various cultural and social events.

Shidokan style karate association (triathlon: Yuan Kyokushin, Kick boxing, MMA). The purpose of the association is to organize the sports process, with emphasis on the organization of physical education and sports process of youth and other interested people from all segments of the public. Recruitment takes place at Monday and Tuesday training sessions.
