Teaching focuses on the study of nuclear medicine and radiodiagnostics. We offer the opportunity to study the Bachelor of Science in Radiology Assistant. Department of Music Education focuses on the development of musical and singing skills. We offer the opportunity to study Bachelor's degree courses in Choral Studies with a focus on Education as well as Music Education with a focus on Education and Master's degree courses in Music Education Teaching for Secondary or Secondary Primary School and others.

The department provides teaching of mathematics and theoretical algebra. We offer the possibility to study Bachelor's degree programmes in Applications of Mathematics in Economics, Applied Mathematics or a follow-up Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and PhD programmes in Applied Mathematics and Fuzzy Modelling.

The department provides tuition in working with colour, colour pigments and colour phenomena in the broadest sense by model and still life. We offer the opportunity to study both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Painting.

Teaching is aimed at training soloists, professional accompanists, members of chamber ensembles or orchestras and teachers of all levels of art schools. We offer the opportunity to study the Bachelor's degree in Harpsichord and Piano or the follow-up Master's degree in Piano.

The department provides instruction in Czech and world history, auxiliary historical sciences, and archival studies. We offer the opportunity to study Bachelor's degree programs in Czech and Czechoslovak History, History, Latin Language and Culture or follow-up Master's programs.

The department provides teaching of courses focused on information and communication technologies and ensures the operation of the faculty's computer labs. The department offers undergraduate, graduate and doctoral courses in Information Technology in Education.

The department focuses on the preparation of future art teachers for primary and secondary schools. We offer the opportunity to study Bachelor's programmes in Art Education with a focus on Education and Art Education for Secondary Schools and Elementary Schools with a focus on Education, as well as follow-up Master's programmes.

The Institute is a research centre of the Faculty of Social Studies, cooperating with eight European universities in Finland, France, Germany, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, the UK and other affiliated members across Europe.
