We produce beer in the traditional way, classic bottom-fermented lager. Available in glass bottles, PET bottles, cans and kegs. We organize excursions for the public in Czech, English and German. Rooms available for seminars, company parties and other social events.

We prepare our own beers for you, which are carefully brewed by our brewers. We produce Pilsner-type lagers. These are bottom-fermented beers and their unique taste is obtained thanks to the use of quality malts.

Visit the brewery in Zásada, where we brew light lager 11°, light lager 12° and semi-dark special 12° from the waters of the Jizera Mountains according to traditional recipes. We inaugurated our brewery on June 6, 2014, brewing 2 rmouths in a classic two vessel copper brewhouse with a capacity of 6 hl. The beer is fermented in two phases in an open fermenter for 7 days and then matured in the lager cellar at 1°C for 30 to 60 days. We brew both classic beers and specials.

The Černokostelec brewery from 1842 is a historic complex with a pub, Czech cuisine, beers, Wi-Fi, lounge, children's corner, parking, outdoor seating. Ideal for weddings, parties or conferences. In the local family brewery we continue the tradition of brewing beer in South Bohemia. We brew here honest, Czech, bottom-fermented beers, as well as top-fermented beers, known mainly abroad. For the production of beer we use not only quality Czech malts, but especially water from the local underground lake.

The brewery has been producing Bakalář brand beer using classic Czech technology since 1454. It offers the following types of beer: Bakalář pale lager cold hopped, B. non-alcoholic, B. dark ten, B. light ten, B. cut ten, B. honey special, Rakovar, Velikonoční speciál and Pražačka and Černovar beers.

We are a craft microbrewery founded in 2024 in Zlín-Mladcova by the enthusiast and brewer Martin Mikoška. We are based in a family house and focus on the production of unfiltered and unpasteurized beers. We offer both bottom-fermented lagers (e.g. Záletník 11°) and top-fermented beers (e.g. Štukatér 13°).
