We carry out methodical management and control activities towards municipal trade authorities, decide on appeals against decisions issued by them. We carry out supervision under the Advertising Regulation Act. We control the price marking of goods in the retail trade.

The department handles the comprehensive strategic development of the city. Prepares or arranges for the preparation and review of strategic and conceptual documents. The department deals with the use of European Union subsidy policy and national programmes.

We are engaged in internal control of the activities of the departments and divisions of the authority and the management of financial and material resources. We control organisations established by the municipality and also the recipients of financial support.

Cooperate with county fire department personnel in the emergency preparedness section of the district. We prepare documents for emergency plans and their updates, maintain data needed for evacuation, sheltering and emergency survival of residents. We maintain the SDH agenda and the City's archives.

The office provides civil registry and population registration. It records civil registry events, births, marriages, deaths and issues extracts from civil registry books. It processes applications for citizenship certificates. It verifies civil registration documents from the registers of the relevant municipal authorities.

The department provides security, coordination and methodical direction in the field of organisation and management of the municipal authorities. It is in charge of procurement. It provides organisational and technical support for computer technology. It takes care of the administration of public space charges.

We are engaged in budgeting and accounting or preparing reports on the city's management. We also prepare financial statements, inventories, issue invoices and record accounts receivable. We also prepare economic documents for the decisions of the council.

The authority issues decisions on granting a concession, on suspension of trade. Maintains the trade register. Providing consultation and advice to registered and aspiring entrepreneurs.

Ensuring the Authority's information systems. We ensure links to public administration information systems and compliance with ISVS standards, we prepare proposals for the acquisition of uniform and compatible technical and software equipment.

We provide a comprehensive filing service and pre-archival document care. We also maintain a central record of the city's legislation and contracts. We organize social events of the city. We process applications for fishing licences. We operate the telephone switchboard.
