The Department primarily handles support activities for City employees, maintains records of tangible property, provides auto repair, cleaning of City Hall buildings, and property repair. It also organises elections.

The office provides civil registry and population registration. It records civil registry events, births, marriages, deaths and issues extracts from civil registry books. It processes applications for citizenship certificates. It verifies civil registration documents from the registers of the relevant municipal authorities.

We operate a department of controls.

Commissioning and leading the development of the city's investment projects and ensuring their implementation.

Providing construction legal activities of the city.

Management and inspection of school facilities and contributing organizations within the district. Control of the disposition of non-residential premises of school buildings.

The Department ensures the operation of the mailroom, the filing room and the dispatching room, the sorting and registration of consignments, archiving in accordance with the regulations and instructions of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic and supervision of the filing service. It operates the telephone switchboard and provides information to citizens, whose requests are directed to the relevant staff of the Office.

We focus on local dog fees, dog tagging and dog keeper registration.

Representation of the borough authority in legal and court matters. Keeping records of litigation. Control of contracts concluded by the municipality.

Management of the economy of the city district. Provision of civil registration and population registration.

Carrying out management reviews of municipal districts of the capital city of Prague, local self-government units and voluntary associations of municipalities. Provides tasks in the field of anti-corruption activities, keeping a central register of petitions and complaints submitted to the authorities of the capital city.

Management and registration of city property. Preparation and implementation of all disposition of these assets.

The department carries out audits of the management of public funds in the contributory organisations established by the municipal district and in the recipients of public financial aid. It carries out checks on the economic activities of the municipal district.
