The Department of Personnel and Economic Activities takes care of personnel matters of the members of the Representative Assembly, labour relations and training of employees, ensures the management of movable and immovable property, awards and evaluates public contracts and conducts inventories of assets.

Carrying out management reviews of municipal districts of the capital city of Prague, local self-government units and voluntary associations of municipalities. The department provides organisational and technical security for elections, organises tenders, handles complaints and looks after public green spaces. It deals with misdemeanour hearings and manages the public collections agenda in the territorial district. It monitors the proper cleaning of the Town Hall.

The department provides certification of signatures and documents, requests for an extract from the criminal register, keeping and administration of civil registers, registration of births, marriages, deaths in civil registers, processing of documents for registration of civil events outside the republic for the Special Registry Office Brno and weddings in the civil registry district.

Operation of an information system and computer network. Focusing on the installation and configuration of user applications for municipal staff. We provide maintenance and data backup. We also deal with the configuration of database servers, ensuring the creation and updating of geographic data and more.

We provide construction and legal activities of the city. We issue building permits and consent to carry out the project. We deal with the administration of agriculture.
