The office provides civil registry and population registration. It records civil registry events, births, marriages, deaths and issues extracts from civil registry books. It processes applications for citizenship certificates. It verifies civil registration documents from the registers of the relevant municipal authorities.

Preparation and implementation of construction projects of the municipality and provision of state supervision. Expenditure management in the implementation of the investment plan.

We provide civil registry, population registration, civil affairs, issuance of ID cards and extracts from criminal records. We also deal with environmental issues or tree felling. We collect waste fees.

Also, accounting and control of the City's budget, handling payroll for City employees, liquidation of invoices and travel accounts.

Providing maintenance and repairs on local roads, preparing documents for the implementation of investments. Administration and management of flats and non-residential premises.

The department designs and develops economic development projects and strategic goals for the city and coordinates the work teams involved in their implementation. Prepares analytical materials for the City's development projects.

Provide maintenance of City facilities, utilities, manage local roads and cemetery. Issuance of fishing licenses.
