We operate a growing distillery. We produce our own slivovitz.

We’re kicking off the season on September 14, 2026. We look forward to your visit. For now, we’re only pressing apples for fresh cider on Mondays and Thursdays. We accept fruit all week long. We offer to process your fruit in our modern cider mill.

At our distillery, we offer the opportunity to distill your own mash and produce high-quality fruit spirits. We use traditional copper stills and a two-stage distillation process. Our products are the result of the careful processing of locally grown crops that are not commonly available. We look forward to your visit.

We provide fruit brandy from our own imported kvass. In our distillery we will burn your kvass, or according to your wish we will dilute the spirit to the required percentage of alcohol.

We specialize in the cultivation burning of fruit.

Using traditional methods and modern technology, we will distill your ferment into a first-class spirit. We place emphasis on preserving the characteristic aroma and taste of the fruit.

Karl LIQ is a small family-run distillery and growing distillery where honest fruit spirits and liqueurs are produced with respect for tradition and craft. Each bottle is created from quality fruit, without compromise and in small batches. A true taste of Moravia with a story in every sip.
