We operate a growing distillery. We produce fruit spirits from the ferment supplied by the grower under a tax advantaged regime.

We are a small family-run distillery in the picturesque Podještědí region. You will find us in the historic premises of a sensitively renovated village building. We will turn the yeast you supply into a high quality noble spirit, an original product with a distinctive taste and aroma.

We operate a farm distillery.

Offer grower firing and processing of various types of kvass. I provide transport and storage of leaven including measuring sugar content. I use a single boiler system for firing.

We only harvest apples from the growers' own apples. We fill the pasteurized cider into 5l or 10l bags, in the grower's distillery we crush, ferment, store and burn your fruit.

Our distillery specializes in traditional copper pot stills. We distill a wide range of fruit spirits that stand out for their rich flavour and aroma. With years of experience and perfected processes, we deliver quality products you can rely on.

Operation of a breeding distillery. We have specially bred yeasts for fruit fermentations and a copper raw material boiler for 350 litres of fermentation.

We specialize in growing fruit fermentation.

We offer burning and measuring of sugar content. There is the possibility of storing leaven on our premises.
