Providing activities and services in the fields of environment, transport, education and housing. The Department certifies deeds and signatures. It authorises the felling of trees, comments on planned constructions and deals with environmental protection.

City Management.

Registration and handling of incoming complaints, notifications, suggestions and petitions from citizens. Investigation of serious and repeated complaints and submissions. Consists of the Control Activities Department, the Complaints and Freedom of Information Department and the Security Management Department.

The Department prepares spatial planning documentation, issues opinions on investment plans and projects for zoning proceedings. It provides advisory services for spatial planning in the assigned area. It supports the economic development of the city and the regional development of the municipality's administrative district.

Ensuring the construction and legal activities of the city. The Department issues decisions on the location of construction, on the change of land use, protection zone and land consolidation. It also provides land-use planning information and decides on landscaping and maintenance work within the city. It carries out building inspections.

Providing civil registry and population registration services. The municipality has departments of economics, construction, environment and property, social affairs and an administrative department.

Provision of construction and legal activities of the city. Issuing decisions on the location of construction, change of land use, division or consolidation of land and on the protection zone. The authority decides on the amendment or cancellation of zoning decisions and issues zoning approval. Assessment of buildings or landscaping.

Operation of the Department of Heritage Conservation. Issues decisions on alterations to cultural monuments or properties in conservation areas. Issues written professional opinions on activities that are in the interest of the protection of cultural monuments.

The office commissions and leads the development of the city's capital projects and ensures their implementation. Prepares documents to secure tenders for contractors. It also maintains photographic documentation of the execution of works and carries out supervision of the investor. Prepares and elaborates the maintenance plan for local roads.

The Office issues decisions on granting a licence, on suspension of the practice of a trade, maintains the trade register and accepts applications for registration or notifications in relation to the tax office or notifications of vacancies or their filling in relation to the employment office.
