Providing administration of the Authority's computer and communications technology system, the City's geographic information system and internet, equipment maintenance and installation. Providing professional advisory or consulting services. Carrying out regular data updates and website development.

Providing registry and civil registration services. Offering crisis management, flood protection, fire protection, occupational safety and protection of classified information.

Central Building Authority.

The department provides legal advice and legal services to the relevant departments of the Olomouc City Council.

Provision of construction and legal activities of the city and environmental management. Issuance of tree felling permits, small air pollution source decisions, small pollution source registers and maintenance of bee hive habitat records.

Providing for the technical, operational and economic needs of the Authority.

The Office issues decisions on the granting of a concession, on the suspension of a trade and maintains a trade register.

Management of movable and immovable property and provision of information and technological support for the computer network of the municipal district office.

The department provides security, coordination and methodical direction in the field of organisation and management of the municipal authorities. It is in charge of procurement. It provides organisational and technical support for computer technology. It takes care of the administration of public space charges.

Management and development of information and operating systems, GIS and application software. Data warehouse and hardware maintenance. Offer consulting and advisory services, training of employees in the field of informatics.

The Department comprehensively ensures the performance of the population registration agenda, including administrative proceedings on applications for cancellation of the information on the place of permanent residence, the performance of the agenda of identity cards and travel documents and registry activities. It carries out administrative proceedings and issues decisions, and deals with offences in the field of defence of the Czech Republic.
