The department provides security, coordination and methodical direction in the field of organisation and management of the municipal authorities. It is in charge of procurement. It provides organisational and technical support for computer technology. It takes care of the administration of public space charges.

The office deals with the organization of cultural events organized by the city and the coordination of cultural activities. It issues binding opinions on restoration work on cultural monuments and objects. It prepares documents for the promotion of the city. Maintains the chronicle of the town and the chronicles of local districts.

The Department is responsible for issuing trade licences including amendments, provides information to applicants and checks compliance with the conditions laid down by the Trade Licensing Act.

Management and maintenance of the city's information technology, ensuring the operation of cable television. Other activities of the department include providing news coverage, advertising on cable TV, managing the city's website including the electronic bulletin board.

Providing civil registration and population registration. Providing administrative activities in the field of civil registry, citizenship and population registration.

Providing protection of nature, air and animals against cruelty. We take care of waste, forest and water management and agricultural land. The department issues and collects fishing licences and carries out inspections. It issues consent for proposals for the routing of underground and overhead lines, roads and waterways.

The department provides the marking of streets and other public spaces with names, the official boards of the municipal district office, the issuance of certificates for the exercise of rights abroad or the filing service of the municipal district office.
