We are a team specializing in complex podiatry. We teach our clients exercises based on innate movement patterns. In fact, if the movement is ideal, it not only helps to compensate for the resulting imbalances, but also becomes their prevention. Yoga for everyone from children and parents to senior(k)s to tired managers and athletes: we teach Hatha Yoga, HOT Yoga at 42°C, dynamic Vinyasa, Yin Yoga or relaxation yoga. We organize seminars and offer individual lessons at our place and at the client's place. We also run a shop with yoga-tested equipment.
