The main goal of the academy is to offer golf as a leisure activity for a wide range of children and youth from Pilsen and the surrounding area. Training sessions are open for children up to the age of 18. For complete golf novices we offer introductory courses free of charge.

Speleoferata = via ferrata in the cave. A 40-metre deep underground ferrata full of crawls, crawlways, chasms, chimneys with rope ladders, traverses and climbing.

Organization and realization of physical and sport activities for all ages, with emphasis on fitness walking and health of body and soul. The program includes group walking lessons and other exercises promoting the physical and mental well-being of participants.

Together we bring a modern concept of self-defense called Empowerment Self Defense. Our courses focus on prevention, perception of personal needs and communication. Learn how to defend yourself effectively and gain confidence in challenging situations.

We teach Pilates by qualified teachers. We practice in small groups to maintain the quality of the classes. The difficulty of the class is tailored to the clients. We offer instructional DVDs, room rental for ballet, yoga and more.

We hold regular Tai Chi and other Chinese exercise classes. We organise weekend seminars, summer camps, study trips to China and individual Tai Chi tuition. We practice at a recreational and intensive level.

We focus on providing in-line skating courses. We offer individual lessons focusing on mastering forward driving, turning and braking or group courses for 3 or more people.

Our club focuses on promoting a healthy lifestyle through natural exercise such as walking and Nordic walking.
