We are a new, modern movement studio in the city centre. The newly renovated 1940's premises offers two spacious bright rooms where you can try classes of different types of exercise (yoga, pilates, power yoga, port de bras, circuit training, classes for children and seniors).

We offer H.E.A.T. program, pilates, H.E.A.T Circuit, yoga in an intimate English style environment. There is a large private relaxation area and a luxurious hot tub for up to 6 people. There is also a glass-enclosed Finnish sauna, relaxing massages, beauty services, laser rejuvenation and more.
