I specialize in developmental kinesiology in exercise functional training and stretching unlearning faulty p. stereotypes. We are a new, modern movement studio in the city centre. The newly renovated 1940's premises offers two spacious bright rooms where you can try classes of different types of exercise (yoga, pilates, power yoga, port de bras, circuit training, classes for children and seniors).
